Choosing the right pediatric office

is a very important decision for you and your children. We want you to be sure that you have found just the right spot for your family, a place you can be sure of, that provides top quality care yet will listen and provide compassionate care for your present children and / or your new babies to come! 

We are therefore delighted to provide, free of charge, an “In Person” or “Virtual” visit with one of our providers, to help you in your decision. Not only will you able to get a good feel for our providers, staff, and our facilities, but also for our philosophy of care for your child(ren) at all ages and stages. We want you to be confident that we will be the right fit for your family from birth through college.

EXPECTING

Congratulations on that most amazing of days. We would be honored to be involved in caring for your child from the earliest moments of life. Thus, our practice made the decision to continue to come to the hospital to care for your baby shortly after birth and to answer any questions. 

If you decide to use us, on your admission to the Delivery Floor, simply tell the hospital staff that you want “The Center for Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine” to be your child’s Pediatric provider. Dr Joe Kappes or Dr. Daniel Allen will come to examine your baby in the hospital within the first day of life and then come visit you, answering your questions and sharing valuable information for new parents! 

Before you leave the hospital, our doctors will give you an appointment date and time for your newborn’s first visit to our practice. Also, an information packet about your baby, along with forms to fill out for your child’s first clinic visit with us will be given to you.
